We only spent 3 nights in Denmark.
Firstly in a small fishing village on the Baltic coast overlooking yachts
that were probably sailing from Kiel in Germany. The Baltic was surprisingly
warm, enough to entice us in for a swim. Legoland was our next stop, 40
minute queues, but the Lego exhibits were well worth seeing. For the record
Johan beat Tony by the skin of his teeth in Ninjargo with Gretel
concentrating on shooting the good guys and the vases.
Lyngen, another small fishing village, this time in northern Denmark on the
North Sea coast was our final stop.
Denmark featured lots of rolling countryside, quaint architecture and
windmills everywhere, a bit like Holland with undulation and fantastic
icecream and pastries.
