Prague, Czech

Prague has assumed the mantle of our favourite city. It has wonderful architecture, lots of green spaces, interesting bridges and statues, reasonable prices and few tourists when you escape the main attractions.
We were lucky to stay in a village about 30 minutes outside Prague, with trains running regularly, on time and costing only 2 euro each way.

Prague is a city of bridges. This photo was taken from a site where a large statue of Stalin formerly overlooked the city and the Danube. All evidence of his former presence has been eradicated, with the site turned into a skateboard park.
Bubbles are universally appealing to kids and juvenile adults like us.

Genetically modified broccoli?

Typical architecture in Prague.
